Referendum Progress Report

October 2, 2014

As we head into fall work initiated this summer is nearly completed with only punch list items remaining for the work completed on the third floor restrooms, roofing projects and the repointing of the brick work.  Work is also continuing on the completion of the leaders and cutters, resurfacing the synthetic stucco on the exterior, exterior door replacements, and security and communication system upgrades.

Final planning is underway for the classroom lighting upgrades and ceiling replacements as well as window replacements and additional health and safety related items.

Discussion is still ongoing as we move towards final decisions related to our boiler conversion and HVAC system.  These changes are slated for the summer of 2015.
