The Rochelle Park Board of Education is seeking an exceptional instructional leader with the vision and
experience to inspire, lead, and guide the district to achieve the highest standard of excellence. This
dynamic leader, who is willing to make a long term commitment to the Rochelle Park Community, will
serve approximately 500 students across PreK-Grade 8 at Midland School #1 while collaborating with
Hackensack School District where approximately 150 high school students attend.

Qualifications:
● Administrative experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Building Principal (strongly
preferred). Interim Superintendent applications will be considered.
● Teaching experience in K-8 or a related field (strongly preferred).
● NJ Department of Education School Administrator Certification or Certificate of Eligibility (required).

Compensation: The final candidate will be offered a competitive compensation package commensurate
with experience and New Jersey state guidelines.
